Explore The Normandy Beach Real Estate Market

Normandy Beach is a small community in comparison to some of the others in the Jersey Shore. There is a common theme of this housing market, however: all real estate is located either on or a very short distance from the stunning sandy beaches, and offer an excellent waterfront lifestyle.

When it comes to real estate in Normandy Beach, most of the properties are single-family homes. There are some low-rise condo complexes in the community, but again, the market is primarily detached homes. Designed in Coastal styles, properties tend to be quite large in square footage, and typically multiple stories—especially true of the luxury homes along the beachfront.

Normandy Beach homes for sale are very desirable, with a selection of custom and historic homes in the area available for purchase. Properties typically have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, making for the perfect summer vacation home or full-time residence for families. While amenities to vary, one of the most desirable features of these homes include garage parking alongside street parking. This is perfect for those who have several vehicles and/or those who love to entertain.

Normandy Beach Community Amenities
