The summer market along the Jersey Shore is showing strong momentum, particularly in luxury areas like Bay Head, Mantoloking, Spring Lake, and Sea Girt. From closings to new contracts, activity remains steady as buyers continue to invest in waterfront and coastal living.

In the stretch from Bay Head to South Mantoloking, there were 5 homes sold between June 1st and July 1st, totaling $16,372,283 in closed volume. The median sales price came in at $2,499,999, with the average sale landing at $3,274,456. The lowest-priced sale during this time was $1,301,284, while the highest hit $8,500,000—proving there's still strong demand at the ultra-luxury level.
